Max Riemelt’s new film „About Luis“ (German title: „Es geht um Luis“) is set to release in German cinemas on January 23, 2025. Directed by Lucia Chiarla, the film stars Natalia Rudziewicz, Franziska Troegner, and Max Riemelt.

About Luis follows the story of Constanze and Jens, a working couple struggling to manage their hectic lives between office shifts and taxi rides. Their son Luis becomes the center of a conflict when he is bullied at school for his beloved unicorn backpack. Refusing to give it up, Luis‘ defiance escalates tensions within the family, as his parents grapple with societal expectations and parenting challenges.
